This Delivery Policy explains how products bought on figuringoutfinance.com from Figuring Out Finance (owned and operated by Ankit Gupta, sole proprietor) are delivered.
1How delivery works
After your payment is confirmed, your personalised, watermarked PDF is generated automatically and sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Your Handbook is delivered from our official address getpdf@figuringoutfinance.com — please add it to your contacts so it doesn't land in spam. No physical item is shipped.
2Delivery time
Delivery is normally instant to a few minutes after successful payment. During occasional high load or technical delays, it may take up to a few hours. If you have not received your file within that time, please contact us and we will deliver it promptly.
3Not received your file?
If your PDF has not arrived:
- Check your email Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders.
- Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout.
- Email us at figuringoutfinanceofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and the name used at checkout — we will re-send your file free of charge.
4Delivery charges
As all products are delivered digitally by email, no delivery or shipping charges apply. The price you see is the price you pay.
